Each year the Rehabilitation Association of Mississippi proudly holds a charity fund raiser to help individuals with disabilities obtain items they need to live active and productive lives. The proceeds of the tournament go towards helping Mississippians in need and educating professionals in the Rehabilitation field. We hope you will join us in this effort to continue to make a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

No matter who we are, we will face challenges and adversity. Chris’s achievements transcend what others believe he can achieve given his disability. The Nametags programs push people to challenge the assumptions and limitations that result from the labels that we give to ourselves and others. Nametags does not focus on disability, but rather the universal experience of challenge and the power of resilience. In the program, Chris sends the message, “It’s not what happens to you. It’s what you do with what happens to you.”
